We are just a 5 minute walk from St. John's Wood tube station. There is on street Pay and Display parking on Charlbert Street and surrounding streets. You can check Westminster City Councils parking charges here. Parking on most surrounding streets is free after 6.30pm and on Saturdays.

About Us

Dementia Specialists LLP is a London based practice led by current and previous NHS Consultants. The focus of our practice is to ensure an excellent service and we want every patient and their carers seen by a consultant from the very first appointment. We have vast experience in the diagnosis and management of individuals with dementia. We offer bespoke psychoeducation for carers to help them understand and manage the causes of the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in those they are caring for.

Our consultants are skilled in diagnosing and treating the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, aggression and psychosis in people with dementia. We provide ongoing mental health review for those with various types of dementia including Alzheimer's, Vascular, Frontotemporal, Lewy Body, Parkinson's and other unspecified dementias. We provide advice and follow up for patients with a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and perform specific mental capacity assessments for those with impaired cognition.
